To provide a programming learning support program, an information processing apparatus, and a programming learning support method capable of easily increasing a programming ability.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of bugs detected in a plurality of program codes generated by each of a plurality of users for a specific problem, a specific bug in which a detection state satisfies a predetermined condition is specifies, a new bug included in a new program code is detected when accepting the new program code generated by a specific user included in the plurality of users for the specific problem, information indicating a first scope including some parts that correspond to the new bug in the new program code and information indicating a second scope including some parts that correspond to the first scope in the new program code are generated, and the information indicating the specific bug, the information indicating the first scope, and the information indicating the second scope are transmitted to a transmission destination corresponding to the specific user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
