An operation condition reception part 10 periodically accesses respective operation condition data and obtains the data and an operation condition storage part 11 receives the data and updates already stored data. A display purpose recognition part 13 receives the input signals of a display purpose and specifying information from an input part 12 and transmits a display purpose kind, the time and the specifying information to an operation condition read part 14. The operation condition read part 14 reads the required information from the operation condition storage part 11 corresponding to the received display purpose or the like. A progress screen preparation part 15 prepares a display screen corresponding to the purpose by using the information relating to the operation received from the operation condition read part 14 based on a template screen stored for the respective purposes and display is performed in a progress display part 16.
