Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progress wave transmission mechanism capable of easily changing a direction of a progress wave to a progress direction, and a moving device and transport device using the same.SOLUTION: A progress wave transmission mechanism is configured so that: a progress wave generated by deformation of a progress wave generation member is transmitted to a propulsion member facing the progress wave generation member which deforms by operation of a drive mechanism. The progress wave transmission mechanism comprises: suction means for sucking the propulsion member to the progress wave generation member side; and a friction reduction layer disposed between the progress wave generation member and propulsion member and reducing friction between the progress wave generation member and propulsion member.
