To easily promote the undertaking of a project by SOHO people by intervening between SOHOs which have skill but not having jobs, SOHOs which cannot undertake all jobs, and companies which desire to expand commissioning of business.
This project contract support system comprises a bidding disclosing means 11 in which the commissioned project information of a company member 2 is disclosed on a network, a skill disclosing means 24 in which a PJ participant 4 discloses the self-skill and skill information on the network, a project disclosing means 17 in which a PJ undertaker 3 discloses a project proposal for organizing a project and inviting participants, a bidding management means 12 accepting a bidding with the project proposal against the commissioned project information, retrieves and collects the proposals and member skills, supports the selected processings, and notifying the results of the selection, and a project management means accepting the participation of the SOHO members to the project proposals, retrieves and collects the skill information on the SOHO members, supports the selected results of the SOHO members, and notifies the results of the selection.
