To provide a system which gives an opportunity to invert to a project to a general investors widely and enabling a project performer to easily collect investment.

(1) The project performer transmits a project plan to an intermediating server 2. (2) The general investor accesses the server 2 from an investor terminal I to access a project plan which he/she is interested in. (3) The general investor applies to the investment as for the project to the server 2 from the terminal I. (4) When the total of amounts invested from the individual general investors amounts to a required amount, the server 2 finishes applying for investment. (5) The project performer performs the project by using the fund obtained through the intermediator. (6) The project performer records the report of a project performing result (including the calculation base of divident) to the server 2. The general investor having invested to the project accesses the report of a project performing result to know the detail of calculation of the divident.
