Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define/refer to plural kinds of hierarchical structures (WBS: work breakdown structure) watched from the standpoints of respective sections concerning one project to which persons in charge in a lot of sections are related.
SOLUTION: In this project management system, a WBS registering part 101 and a WBS relation defining part 102 input plural kinds of WBS data in respectively different expressions excepting for the least significant layer as WBS data expressing the process of any arbitrary project in the WBS concerning the project. Besides, a project managing function part 104 manages progress data concerning respective processes, and when the designation of any WBS data is accepted by a display switching part 103, progress data under management are displayed based on the WBS expressed by the WBS data.
