This promix fiber-based nonwoven fabric having excellent water absorbability, excellent heat retainability and excellent touch, comprising (A) promix fibers having an average fiber length of 30 to 110 mm and a fineness of ≤3.3 decitex, (B) rayon fibers having an average fiber length of 30 to 110 mm and a fineness of ≤3.3 decimeter, and (C) conjugate fibers which have an average fiber length of 30 to 110 mm and a fineness of ≤3.3 decitex and whose sheaths and cores comprise a low melting point modified polyester and a high melting point polyester, respectively.
