Abstract:
To provide a propagation measurement method which allows for accurately measuring propagation time of an ultrasonic wave by accurately grasping the propagation state of the ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: A propagation measurement method provided herein comprises: alternately transmitting an ultrasonic pulse group comprising multiple pulses to propagate the same in a measurement flow path; setting an initial measurement waiting time value (S21); detecting a reference pulse reception time; and deriving the propagation time of the pulses in the measurement flow path from the sum of the initial measurement waiting time value and the reference pulse reception time (S22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
