Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R1 is higher alkyl; R2 is primary W tertiary amino or quaternary ammonium; n is 3W10) and a salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: N-[4-[3-(Octadecyloxy)propoxy]butyl]-N,N,N-trimethylammonium methanesulfonate.
USE: An antitumor agent showing strongly inhibitory action on multiplication of tumor cell and low side effects. Neither aggregation of blood platelet nor hypotensive action is recognized.
PREPARATION: A compound shown by formula II (Y is henzenesulfonyloxy, lover 1W4C alkanesulfonyloxy, halogen, etc.) is reacted with an amine in a solvent such as water or ethanol at -20W150°C to give a compound shown by formula I.
