To provide a propelling machine as one of many types of propelling machines for propelling a transportation engine.

In the propeller, a bevel gear 3 (a moving bevel gear) having a shaft perpendicularly meshing with the shaft of a bevel gear 2 (a fixed bevel gear) fixed to a base 1 is installed on a shaft 5 located at one end of an arm 4 for rotation therearound. The other end of the arm 4 is connected to a motor 7 with a driving shaft 6 passing through the center of the fixed bevel gear 2. A weight 8 is installed on one place at the peripheral edge of the moving bevel gear 3. When the motor 7 is started, the moving bevel gear 3 is rotated on the outer periphery of the fixed bevel gear while being rotated around the shaft 5 to generate centrifugal force with the weight 8. The centrifugal force is used as force of propelling the transportation engine.
