This prophylactic or inhibitor comprises a compound of formula I [one or R1 and R2 is a (substitute) heteroaryl and the other is a (substitute) aryl; R3 is a (substitute) phenyl or the like; Z1 is oxygen, sulfur or >NH, Z2 is nitrogen or =CR] such as 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-(1-oxothiochroman-6- yl)-3-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole. The compound of formula I is obtained, for example, by condensing a ketoalcohol of the formula II with a benzoylacetic acid ester compound of formula III in acetic acid in the presence of ammonium acetate to give a pyrrolecarboxylic acid ester compound and hydrolyzing the compound or hydrolyzing and then decarboxylating the compound.
