Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicinal agent useful for prophylactic and therapeutic agents of ischemic cerebral diseases and ischemic heart diseases and preserving agents, etc., of organs by containing at least one of specific adenosin-3'-5'-cyclic phosphoric acid derivatives as an effective ingredient.
SOLUTION: The prophylactic and therapeutic agents for acute ischemic cerebral diseases caused by ischemic cerebral diseases, ischemic heart diseases, organ transplantation disorders, etc., and organ-preserving agents effective for preserving organs are obtained by including at least one adenosin-3',5'-cyclic phosphoric acid derivative expressed by the formula (R1 is H, a 1-6C alkyl, an arakyl or a furfuryl; R2 and R3 are each H, a 1-6C alkyl or an aralkyl; R4 is H, amino, a lower alkylamino, a lower alkylthio, an aralkylthio or a halogen; when R1 to R3 are H, R4 is not a halogen and R1 to R4 are not H at the same time; X is H, an alkali metal, ammonia or an amine).
