Abstract:
To provide a propolis composition having strong bioactivation in a further wide area, and to provide a health food of the composition.
This propolis composition contains at least one kind of propolis selected from propolis having benzophenone as the main ingredient, propolis having a cinnamic acid derivative as the main ingredient, and propolis having flavonoid as the main ingredient. It is preferable that the propolis composition contains all the propolis of 3 types having different main ingredient, and the ratio is equal in quantity. Preferably, each propolis having different main ingredient is a hydrophilic organic solvent extracted solution or has a granular form. The health food containing the propolis composition is also provided.
