Abstract:
To provide a proportional control valve which can more easily control a flow rate.SOLUTION: The proportional control valve comprises a valve body 2 which has a flow passage 6 having an inflow port 4 and an outflow port 5, and has a valve seat 7 provided in the flow passage 6. The proportional control valve further comprises: a fixed iron core 11 fixed to the valve body 2; a movable body 13 which is reciprocatable in such a manner that it approximates to and separates from the fixed iron core 11, and which opens and closes the flow passage 6 by contacting with or separating from the valve seat 7; a spring 14 energizing the movable body 13 to a direction in which the movable body is seated on the valve seat 7; and a solenoid 15 imparting an electromagnetic force applied in a direction opposite to an energization direction of the spring 14 to the movable body 13. The movable body 13 has a movable iron core 24 movable to the fixed iron core 11, an abutment part 28 abutting on a seat part 8 in a seated state, and a clearance formation part 29 which is insertable into the cylindrical part 9 and is arranged via a clearance with respect to an internal peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 9 while the clearance formation part 29 is arrange in the cylindrical part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
