Title:
PROPORTIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC PRESSURE-REDUCING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2509447
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To widen a scope of control current which can generate the predetermined output liquid pressure and control output liquid pressure even if current to be loaded on a solenoid is in a low scope.
CONSTITUTION: A proportional electromagnetic pressure-reducing valve is provided with a solenoid 10 having a rod 12 in the direction of its tip, a cylinder 14 having a first cylinder chamber 16, a second cylinder chamber 18, and a third cylinder chamber 20, a spool 22 which is provided in the cylinder 14 in such a manner that it can move therein, a supply port 32, a discharge port, and an output port 36 which is open between the supply port 32 and the discharge port and outputs controlled output liquid pressure. It is further provided with a drilling hole 46 which is drilled in the inside of the spool 22, a spring 50 which is energized in the direction of rear end of a piston 48, a first restrictor 52 provided in the spool 22, a communicating passage 58 which communicates with the first restrictor 52 to communicate the supply port 32 to the first cylinder chamber 16, and a second restrictor 60 which communicates from the first cylinder chamber 16 to an oil tank.
