To provide a proportional poppet type two-stage high-speed solenoid valve having a vibration absorber, which is capable of performing a high-speed operation and power saving while preventing inner leakage even when water is used as a working fluid, and capable of reducing noise, abrasion in a valve part and pulsation of the working fluid.
In a body 1 of a solenoid valve, a space area K1 connected to an actuator and a second space area K2 having a bypass route 17 are formed; and a poppet 5 is disposed in the first space area K1, while a pilot valve 8 is disposed in the second space area K2. In the poppet 5, at least one body penetrating route 5c is formed, the route having open ends at a front end and a rear end thereof, and generating a flow of the working fluid driven by the pilot valve 8 to break the pressure balance between the front end and the rear end of the poppet 5, and separating the poppet 5 from a valve sheet, and thereby communicating the first space area K1 and a working fluid supply route 16.
