PURPOSE: To make the vehicle running without using a power, by such constitution that, with two pendulums arranged in a relation of overlapping, the then resultant centrifugal force be made propelling the truck.

CONSTITUTION: To a lateral shaft 11 and each longitudinal shaft 9, 10 of a drive unit M, is installed a pendulum 12, 13 in perpendicular respectively to the axial line, and at every rotation of the lateral and longitudinal shaft, the two pendulums 12, 13 are constructed so as to be overlapped at a vertical position of the longitudinal shaft 9, 10. That is, while the pendulum 12, 13 is rotated at an equal speed in a direction opposite to each other around a vertical axis line Y-Y, the lateral shaft 11 makes the longitudinal shaft 9, 10 with the pendulum 12, 13 installed, rotated at the same speed as the pendulum in a vertical plane including the axial line Y-Y, consequently, when a direction of the centrifugal force changes from the front to the rear, the longitudinal shaft 9, 10 is just inverted top and bottom, with a centrifugal force, intended to be generated toward backward, made directing forward, thus the centrifugal force, generated in two directions of forward and backward, can be always directed to forward with a propulsion force obtainable.
