This device is provided with a fuel injection valve 39 capable of supplying fuel 38 to air 72 supplied to a fuel chamber 18 of an internal combustion engine 11 mounted on a hull. The device is provided with the fuel pump 42 for supplying the fuel 38 to the fuel injection valve 39 by receiving power supply from a power source 63. In the case where a main switch capable of selecting power supply from the power source 63 to the fuel pump 42 and releasing of the supply is not provided, a plurality of operation buttons are provided. Only when the operation buttons are operated in an order set in advance, the power is supplied from the power source 63 to the fuel pump 42.
