To develop a motive energy principle needing no reaction of peripheral media, because a conventional transport motive energy adopts the energy principle which is propelled by reaction receiving from the peripheral media on condition that rails, road surface, water, atmosphere, combustion gas and the like are prepared from the starting points to destinations.
In a propulsion device adopting the motive energy principle needing no reaction of peripheral media, one end of the required number of propulsion axes 2 rotatable around a lateral axis is pivotally supported to a proper site of a body 1 to be acted rotatable around a longitudinal axis at a proper horizontal angle, and the propulsion axes 2 are made to be rotatable independently or in conjunction with each other. An action body 4 rotatable independently of or in conjunction with the rotation of the propulsion axis 2 is interlinked to the other end of the propulsion axis 2 through a universal joint 3. The action body 4 and the body 1 to be acted are rotated independently or in conjunction with each other so that the action body 4 rotates around the rotational axis (longitudinal axis) of the body 1 to be acted while self-rotating, thus moving the body 1 upward or downward along the center of the rotational axis (longitudinal axis).
