Title:
耐震管推進敷設工法用推進力伝達装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7144241
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a propulsive force transmission device for an earthquake-resistant pipe propulsion laying construction method in which the propulsive force transmission device can be installed to a spigot of a trailing pipe on the ground furthermore, even after the installation of the propulsive force transmission device, a fitting state of a rubber ring in the groove for the rubber ring of a socket can be confirmed by a check gauge, and as a result, the working hours required for pipe connection can be shortened.SOLUTION: A propulsive force transmission device comprises multiple propulsive force transmission means 13 disposed at intervals along an outer circumferential surface of a spigot 3, and ring-shaped tightening means 12 for fixing the propulsive force transmission means 13 to the outer circumferential surface of the spigot 3. The propulsive force transmission means 13 comprises a wheel 19 for supporting a trailing pipe 5 in a sheath pipe, and a fixing member 20 coming in abutment with the side face of a socket 1 and sandwiched between the spigot 3 and the tightening means 12. A gap is formed between the tightening means 12 and the side face of the socket 1. The tightening means 12 is tightened and the fixing member 20 is pressed on the outer circumferential surface of the spigot 3, and thereby the propulsive force transmission means 13 is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the spigot 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
