Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject polymer having a specific melt viscoelastic characteristic, hardly getting a heat deterioration, excellent in recycled molding properties, having a sufficiently large melt tension and suitable for a hollow molding with improved melt sagging properties.
CONSTITUTION: This propylene-based polymer has ≥5×102 loss modulus (G"0.01) at 10-2rad/sec frequency at 210°C, ≤9×103Pa.S complex viscosity coefficient (&verbar η*10&verbar ) at 10-2rad/sec at 210°C and ≤10-4cm2/dyne equilibrium compliance (Jeo), preferably consists of (A) a propylene-based polymer having 0.1-500g/10min MFR consisting of (i) a propylene homopolymer or copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (ii) propylene with (iii) other α-olefin and (B) a propylene-based polymer having ≤1.0g/10min MLMFR consisting of the component (i) or a copolymer of the components (ii) and (iii), and has 5-60wt.% ratio of the component B based on total amount.
