To obtain a film having an excellent slip property and an excellent low-temperature seal property by processing a resin containing a propylene homopolymer or a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer having a specific melt flow rate, a specific memory effect, a specific melt peak temperature, a specific melt end temperature or the like.
This composition contains a propylene homopolymer or a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer having a melt flow rate of 0.5-50 g/10 min, a memory effect of 0.9-1.4, a melt peak temperature(TP) of 100-150°C, a melt end temperature(TE) satisfying (TE)-(TP)≤8(°C), not more than 2.0 wt.% of extract in the ortho-dichlorobenzene solvent at not more than 40°C, not more than 5.0 wt.% of that at not more than 50°C, not more than 20.0 wt.% of that at not more than 60°C, an α-olefin component content(E mol.%) of 2, 4-10C in the range of formulae I and II, and an O/sen flexural modulus (M) in the range of formula III. A resin film is obtained by molding this composition.
