Abstract:
To provide a new prostaglandin derivative having vascular smooth muscle proliferation inhibitory effect, thus highly promising as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for diseases including reconstriction after PTCA.
This new compound is a prostaglandin derivative of the formula (I) (wherein, Z is S(O)p, O, an ethylene group, vinylene group or ethynylene group; R1 is a 3-10C cycloalkyl, 1-4C alkyl-substituted 3-10C cycloalkyl, 3-10C cycloalkyl-substituted 1-4C alkyl, 1-10C alkyl, 2-10C alkenyl, 2-10C alkynyl or crosslinked cyclic hydrocarbon group; R2 is H, a 1-10C alkyl or 3-10C cycloalkyl; m is an integer of 1-4; n is an integer of 0-3; and p is 0, 1 or 2), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrate thereof.
