Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having a high performance circuit wherein variations of crystallinity is suppressed.
SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display device having a driving area and a driving circuit area for driving this display area on the same substrate, the driving circuit has a circuit connecting at least two or more stages of inverters. These inverters are comprised of thin film semiconductor elements, and an active layer of the thin film semiconductor elements of the inverter at the last output stage of the circuit is divided into plural pieces for a composition.
