PURPOSE: To prevent information stored in the electronic switch from disappearing at the power short break time, by providing a power holding circuit and a load current flowing-out preventing circuit in the electronic switch consisting of the monostable switch and the T type memory circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Each time monostable switch 1 is closed by depression, the trigger signal inverted from 0W1 is supplied to the trigger terminal of T type FF4, and binary information is set and stored in FF4. In case of power short break, the discharging current which goes from capacitor 8b of power holding circuit 8 toward power supply line 7 through load circuit 6 is stopped by diode 8b and is flowed from power supply terminals of inverters 3 and 9d and FF4 through holding power supply line 10 to secure power supply to respective active elements. Simultaneously, diodes 5a and 5b of load current flowing-out preventing circuit 5 are turned off to prevent the load current from flowing out from FF4 to load circuit 6, thereby holding information stored in FF4.
