PURPOSE: To facilitate starting operation and maintenance inspection by inserting a receiving tool into a hole drilled on one side of a cover which covers the upper part of an engine and arranging a rope, for start, which is pulled out from the engine, projecting from the receiving tool.
CONSTITUTION: At the center part of a car body 3, an engine 4 is mounted, setting a crankshaft in the longitudinal direction. Behind the crankshaft, a recoil starter 6 is arranged. Further, over the engine 4, a cover 13 is arranged so as to cover the engine 4. With this constitution, after the direction is changed by an introducing wheel 10, a rope 5 connected with the recoil starter 6 is allowed to pass through the hole 8 of a receiving tool 7 fixed on the car body 3 on one side of the engine 4 and to project upward from the cover 13, and a knob 11 is installed at the projection edge part. Further, between a receiving tool 7 and the knob 11, a receiving pan 12 is arranged. Further, a hole 16 for the insertion of the receiving tool 7 is drilled on one side of the cover 13.
