Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the same mold available without regards to the number of lead wires by protecting the lead wires by a protecting tube comprising an intermediate heat-resistant tube and inside- and outside-braided tubes which are made by braiding heat-resistant thread and by performing molding. CONSTITUTION:A protecting tube 16 comprising an intermediate heat-resistant rubber tube 19, and inside- and outside-braided tubes 17 and 18, which are made by braiding heat-resistant thread such as glass thread, is prepared. After a lead wire 3 is inserted into said protecting tube 16, it is held by a lead-wire introducing portion 5A of a mold 5 and a mold 6, and a molding resin 8 is injected. In this way, the same mold can be used by varying the cross-section area of the sum of the protecting tube 16 and the lead wires even though the number of the lead wires is changed and their cross-section area is varied. The insertion of the lead wires 3 can be readily made and the holding thereof after molding becomes more secure.
