To provide a protecting sheet, with which a movable part can be surely protected from falling or impulse when transporting electronic equipment and the movable part or the like can be prevented from being damaged or destroyed or a lid can be prevented from being damaged.

A protecting sheet 40 is formed by a highly foamed polyethylene sheet the front side of which laminate working is applied to. This protecting sheet 40 is composed of a sheet body 40A having slits 41 on both side edges and a slender bundle 40B integrally extended at the lower edge of this sheet body 40A of sheet, and an upper face 34a, a front face 34b and both left and right side faces 30c of a lid 34 are covered with the sheet body 40A of sheet. The bundle 40B is inserted from the upside to a small hole 36 on a tray 30 and a small hole on a carrier 28, guided to the downside of the carrier 28, further overlapped on the surface of the sheet body 40A of sheet by folding up the lower end side and fixed by an adhesive tape, and the carrier 28 and the tray 30 are bundled. When the carrier 28 is housed in a main body 22 of equipment of a CD auto-changer 21, the gap between the lid 34 and a CD slot 31 is closed by the sheet body 40A of sheet and the CD slot 31 and the lid 34 are not in direct contact with each other.
