The protection device as a rain gear is made of a synthetic sheet thin, strong and waterproof at the same level as the garbage bag, where the upper half material and the lower half material of the device are formed simply as much as possible to be light in weight and foldable in a compact state so as to correspond to some pieces of unused garbage bags and to be housed in a pocket or the like of the garment when going out if weather information is hard to forecast.
