PURPOSE: To obtain a protection film material forming device capable of preventing the re-sticking of scattering protection film materials to the rear side.

CONSTITUTION: This device has a disk rotating mechanism rotating a recording medium D, a recovering part and a transfer mechanism loading and unloading the recording medium D to the rotation mechanism. A disk table 203 sucking and supporting the recording medium D has a disk shaped base part 203a, a circular hole part 203b made at the center of the device and a ring shaped fixing foot part 203c which is fixed to a rotary head. The disk table 203 is formed to have an outer diameter so that the diameter of the base part 203a is longer than the diameter of the recording medium D so that the pheripheral outer edge is protruded slightly to an outside by δ1 (for instance, about 1mm). In the base part 203a, plural small through-holes 203d positioned and provided with a same angle interval on a concentric circle are provided nearly at an intermediate position of the diameter.
