Abstract:
To improve protection performance of a protection housing, which protects a laser measuring device, from floating and scattering fine materials.SOLUTION: Two beams 11 emitted by a sensor unit 1 are emitted to an object to be measured through internal space of a protection housing 3 in front of the sensor unit 1 and an opening of a front end of a tip piece 31, and a reflected light of the emitted two beams 11 by the object to be measured enters the sensor unit 1 through the opening of the front end of the tip piece 31 and the internal space of the protection housing 3 in front of the sensor unit 1 (a1, a2). Compressed air, supplied to the internal space of the protection housing 3 from an air coupling 331, proceeds to the front of the sensor unit 1 from the rear of the sensor unit 1 through the upside, and the left and right sides of the sensor unit 1, and is ejected forward from the opening of the front end of the tip piece 31 (b1, b2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
