Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection member for a gas vessel capable of not only playing its original act for preventing a surface on which surface the gas vessel is rolled such as a concrete surface and a tile surface from being damaged during a period in which the gas vessel is inclined, rolled, and moved to a user's preservation place, but also eliminating the number of protection members corresponding to that of the gas vessels to reduce their costs.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a protection member 11 for a ring-like gas vessel that is installed at a skirt part 5 formed at the bottom part of a gas vessel 1. An outer covering part 12 for covering an outer circumferential surface of the skirt part 5 is continuous to a bottom side covering part 13 for covering the lower surface of a piece part 6 protruded from the bottom end part of the skirt part 5 toward a radial inner side and it is removably attached to the skirt part 5 and at the same time a salient part 14 is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the outer covering part 12.
