Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an adverse effect upon an electric line and a junction box when short-circuit fault or the like occurs in a photovoltaic power generation system.SOLUTION: The protection system, used for a photovoltaic power generation system having a plurality of strings connected in parallel, includes: a temperature detection part for detecting a temperature of an electric line from the plurality of strings to a junction point connecting the plurality of strings in parallel; a circuit breaker control part for controlling a conduction state of a circuit breaker provided between the junction point and a circuit provided to a load side from the junction point according to the detected temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
