Title:
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND FIREPROOF CLOTHING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004027417
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide fireproof clothing suppressing temperature rise inside the clothing, and largely reducing heat stress caused on a worker when worn.

The fireproof clothing 10 comprises a jacket 11 inside of which a ventilation means 20 comprising a small ventilating fan 201, a flexible air inlet member 204 provided at the suction side of the ventilation fan 201, and a flexible ventilation hose 206 connected to the outlet side of the ventilation fan 201, is arranged. The ventilation fan 201 is driven to suck air heated by the human body metabolism in the jacket and nearly saturated moisture-containing air and discharge the air out of the jacket 11 through the ventilation hose 206. At the same time, the outside air is sucked into the inside of the jacket 11 through the clearances at the neck 112 and the cuff 113 of the jacket 11 communicating to the outside air, and the clearance at the lower bottom part 114 of the jacket 11 so as to effectively exchange the air inside the jacket and the outside air.
