Abstract:

To provide a wireless tag protection container that allows a wireless tag to be attached to a metal member or the like and that can be reused at low cost.SOLUTION: A protection container 10 has a print portion on its surface and houses a wireless tag 30 that includes a high-frequency circuit 34 for storing at least index data and an antenna 32 for communication, and that is attached to a management member 50. The protection container includes: a housing portion 12 which has a concave portion 12a formed on a flat plate, in which the bottom face of the concave portion 12a is disposed close to the management member 50, and which houses the wireless tag 30; and a lid portion 14 having a convex portion 14a that fits into the concave portion 12a and closing the opening of the concave portion 12a. The housing portion 12 has a spacer structure that causes physical distance between the management member 50 and the wireless tag 30. At least the lid portion 14 is made of a material having magnetic permeability and light transmissivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
