Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a bus accident in an electric power station which is provided to join a plurality of electric power stations.SOLUTION: A protective device is provided in a third electric power station including a bus to which a first power line that is a power supply path between the third electric power station and a first electric power station, and a second power line that is a power supply path between the third electric power station and a second electric power station, are connected. The protective device comprises: a power line relay operation detection section for detecting an operation state of a first power line relay which breaks a first breaker provided between the first power line and the bus, and an operation state of a second power line relay for breaking a second breaker provided between the second power line and the bus; a current change detection section for detecting a variation of an amplitude and a phase by comparing the amplitude and the phase of an alternating current that flows in the first power line, with the amplitude and the phase predetermined cycles before; and a power line breaking section for breaking the first breaker in the case where the variations of the amplitude and the phase is equal to or more than a determination value, although both the first and second power line relays are not operated.
