Abstract:

To provide a protective earth switch capable of being restored easily and immediately in a state that a supply-current side and a grounding side are insulated regardless of hands of a worker even if a blade and a contactor are welded.

This protective earth switch 10 is equipped with the contactors 11, 12 installed at the other end of an insulator 4 and conducted to the supply-current side, the nearly rod-shaped blade 13 of which the base end is supported movably at the earth side and of which the chip 13b is movable from a waiting position A separated from the contactors 11, 12 up to a contact position B where the chip contacts with the contactors 11, 12, and a separating means 15 in which the blade 13 is forcibly separated from a state that the blade contacts with the contactors 11, 12 at a contact position B and that they are welded to each other.
