Abstract:
To shorten construction time of a protective fence and to relieve impact force in collision by the protective fence as a matter of fact.
A spring 11 is installed in respective columns 1 arranged at a prescribed interval, and an installing bracket 3 is arranged for advancing and retreating by being energized forward by the spring. While the installing bracket 3 and the main column 1 are formed as an integral unit structure, a plate 23 having a flat surface is arranged between the column 1 and the column 1, and both ends of the plate 23 and the plate 23 are installed on the installing bracket 3.
