Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation of a fence to an inclined ground or a curved equipment by fitting a base of a metal fixture as a member constituting a protective fence to a metal connector by a fixing pin, and mounting a panel on the fitting part of a metal fitting.
SOLUTION: A metal fitting 3 constituting a protective fence is mounted on a support 4 through a metal connector 1. Accordingly, the fitting can be slid along a guide groove 13 provided in the metal connector 1, and the angle made between panels mounted on both sides of the support 4 can be set arbitrarily in a wide range. A difference X in level substantially half the outside diameter of the support 4 is provided between the base part 1 of the metal fitting 3 and the fitting part 33, thereby making the center of the panel and the center of the support 4 on the same axis. Thus, the fence can be easily installed on the inclined ground and curved equipment. Further, as the support and a beam are disposed on the same plane, the surface and the back of the protective fence are symmetrical so that it is suitable for installation on a boundary of a site.
