A support fitment 4 is fixed onto the base, various units moving on the floor surface and a cable 5 connected to an equipment are passed, and a cover 6 is mounted on the fitment 4. Thus, since the cable is not brought into contact with the high-temperature floor surface, the coating of heat resistant material or heat insulation material to the cable can be eliminated or its amount can be reduced.
