To provide a protective tube having a low manufacturing cost and a high degree of freedom in shape.SOLUTION: A protective tube is formed by an outer peripheral side curved surface and a two-sided curved surface 23 obtained by bending both sides of the outer peripheral side curved surface so that the cross-section has an U-shape, and includes a U-shaped member 24 that extends while maintaining the U-shape and has at least a curved portion 20 that extends and curves in a direction intersecting the outer peripheral side curved surface, and an inner peripheral side curved surface 25 coupled to an open end of the U-shaped member so as to cover the open side of the U-shape. Each side curved surface of the U-shaped member is provided at a position where at least one notch faces between the two-sided curved surfaces, the notch is cut from the open end of the U-shaped member such that the boundary between the outer peripheral side curved surface and the two-sided curved surface is an endpoint in each sided curved surface, and the curved portion is formed by curving the outer peripheral side curved surface around an imaginary line connecting the endpoint of the notch facing each other between the two-sided curved surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
