Abstract:
To prevent concrete fragments of a protective wall from scattering to the side of a road as well as preventing an automobile from jumping out to the side of the road when the automobile collides against the protective wall for the road.
This protective wall for preventing the automobile traveling the road, from jumping out to the side of the road is constituted by jointing precast concrete slabs 3 to the outer side face of a reinforced concrete wall 5 against the inner side face of which the automobile collides. The concrete slab 3 is formed by dispersing staple in concrete or embedding a lint net to intermix fiber. The scatter of concrete fragments is prevented by the intermixed fiber even with crack initiation in the concrete.
