Abstract:
To improve the skill for using a kitchen knife for safety.
A protector fitted to an attached hand during the use of the kitchen knife has a shape to cover the attached hand so that the attached hand is naturally formed into a cat's hand shape when merely fitted with the protector. A belt, which can fix fingers and the protector to prevent the protector fitted during the use of the kitchen knife from being drifted when the attached hand is moved according to the movement of the kitchen knife, is fitted to the protector.
