Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain in the protector of a vehicle power supply which can stop the power supply securely for protection even if a sudden line voltage fluctuation is produced.
SOLUTION: The protector of a vehicle power supply which includes a filter capacitor has a current ratio calculation unit 2 which calculates the ratio of the input current of the output current of the power supply and outputs the result as a current ratio and a protection detection unit 4 which outputs a protection stop signal to stop the power supply for protection when the current ratio calculated by the current ratio calculation unit 2 exceeds a protection setting value.
