PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel protein film that achieves high antigen binding capacity by controlling antibody orientation, and also achieves improved antibody stability against an exogenous environment, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A protein film contains an antibody in the form of orientation controlled so that its antigen binding site is exposed, where, part of the antibody is surrounded with film components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
