PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein glycation reaction production inhibitor containing an after fermentation tea in which a protein glycation reaction inhibitory action is enhanced by performing an after fermentation treatment of a tea made from something other than Camellia Sinensis which is drunk as a so-called healthy tea.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problem, provided are a protein glycation reaction inhibitor containing an after fermentation Rooibos tea in which a protein glycation reaction inhibitory action is strengthened by performing an after fermentation treatment of the Rooibos tea, the protein glycation reaction inhibitor containing an after fermented Cassia mimosoides tea in which the protein glycation reaction inhibitory action is strengthened by performing the after fermentation treatment of the Cassia mimosoides tea, the protein glycation reaction inhibitor containing an after fermentation Rubus suavissimus tea in which the protein glycation reaction inhibitory action is strengthened by performing the after fermentation treatment of the Rubus suavissimus tea, the protein glycation reaction inhibitor containing an after fermentation Diospyros kaki leaf tea in which the protein glycation reaction inhibitory action is strengthened by performing the after fermentation treatment of the Diospyros kaki leaf tea, and the like.
