Abstract:
To provide a hollow nanoparticle for specifically introducing a substance into a target cell or tissue and providing a stable amount of its production, and to provide a drug using the nanoparticle.
The hollow nanoparticle has a recognition ability for a specific cell such as hepatic cell and is composed of a first protein having a particle-forming ability (e.g. a hepatitis B virus surface antigenic protein). In the hollow nanoparticle, the first protein comprises a protein having an interaction with a second protein forming a capsid structure (e.g. a hepatitis B virus core antigenic protein).
