Abstract:
To provide multi-specific binding proteins that bind to the NKG2D receptor, CD16 receptor and fibroblast activation protein (FAP) and also provide pharmaceutical compositions and therapeutic methods of the multi-specific binding proteins useful for treatment of cancer, autoimmune disease or fibrosis.SOLUTION: The invention provides multi-specific binding proteins that bind to the NKG2D receptor and CD16 receptor on natural killer cells, and the tumor-associated antigen (FAP). Such proteins can engage two or more kinds of NK-activating receptor, and may block the binding of natural ligands to NKG2D.SELECTED DRAWING: None
