This protein degradation inhibitor for an auxin-inducible degron system comprises a TIR1 auxin receptor antagonist. An auxin-inducible degron system kit comprises the protein degradation inhibitor for the auxin-inducible degron system, first nucleic acids encoding a TIR1 family protein, and second nucleic acids encoding a full-length or partial Aux/IAA family protein.
