Abstract:

To provide a polymer electrolytic film which is preferable for use in a proton conductive film for a fuel battery, and shows low methanol permeability and superior ion conductivity.

The proton conductive electrolytic film is made of a water-soluble resin that has a polyvinyl alcoholic resin containing acetoacetic ester groups, and acidic groups. The proton conductive electrolytic film has a crosslinkage structure made by a crosslinking agent.
